Classic Engines
There¿s a reason they¿re called classics. When we say our engines are built for the long haul, we mean it. As part of a proud tradition of long-lasting performance and dependability, our retired models continue to live up to their promise ¿ day after day, year after year ¿ and are still running strong.

Go-Kart

With design inspiration from the professional racing circuit, KOHLER® Go-Kart engines are engineered specifically to get you to the finish line faster. The overhead valve engine incorporates a high-performance camshaft for better fuel efficiency, while Mahle piston delivers more than enough speed to take home the checkered flag. Cost-effective and race-ready out of the box, the Go-Kart packages world-class speedway technology in a smaller package.

Magnum

The Magnum¿s compact package disguises the tough-as-nails performance within. Born of heavy-duty cast iron and featuring an electronic ignition system and automatic compression release, Magnum engines provide durability and reliability throughout the years.

Triad

Produced in 16-hp and 18-hp models, the Triad OHC is an award-winning horizontal shaft, twin-cylinder engine inspired by automotive technologies. Lost foam casting, low profile rocker arms, and a rugged belt-driven design offer quiet operation, superior starting, and reduced oil consumption.

K-Series

Legendary for their astoundingly solid performance, Kohler K-Series engines are built to endure.

Aegis

The KOHLER® Aegis engine is nothing less than a breakthrough in liquid-cooled design. By using computational fluid dynamics to eliminate hot spots, Kohler engineers were able to fine-tune temperature distribution - which means an impressively cooler-running engine.

Command PRO

The Command PRO line can take on even the most rigorous tasks without slowing down. As efficient as it is durable, this engine delivers maximum performance with a long engine life to match.

Kohler Co. Enters Diesel Engine Market

Kohler Co. announced it will launch its first diesel engine line for the North America market. The new KOHLER diesel air- and liquid-cooled engines will be available for order beginning February 1 from Kohler Engines dealers and distributors throughout North America.
